I was under the impression that Moderators took Gallery Comments that were hateful as a form of harassment.

Why hasn't he been banned???????

To be fair, it isn't like this is the FIRST time he has done this... The guy has a ton of posts in the gallery that are/were full of rude and hateful words. It's one thing to have freedom of speech, but completely another to be mean.
I was once told that if I didn't like a picture, I should report it to a moderator rather than take the time to make rude comments on the pictures. So, I ask again...
