It's working fine for me right now.
It's been noted before, but you need to refresh when the minutes end in '3' or '7'.
Also, they do turn that freeloader option off during peak times and when they're having system issues. Then you have to wait for them to turn it back on.

No, I'm on the PC browser version ... and it was (and still is) working fine for me.
