Several factors are at play: a) the length of time since your last ejaculation b) during the holidays did you drink a lot more (water specifically) c) when you felt the urge to pee did you "clamp down" on your PC muscle?

Thank you for the answer. As I said, It's been a long time since my last ejaculation. I drink mostly water, yes, around 2 liters per day. And about the PC muscle, I tried to flex it to avoid peeing, but the urge was stronger so as soon as I released, the precum leaked.
