I agree about Bel Ami, but I feel Falcon is guilty of exactly the same thing! Both studios produce boring porn in my opinion.

Bel Ami, especially, has this habit of having models who do nothing but repeat seemingly the same set of moans constantly and audio is important in my sex flicks! Of course they use models who probably don't speak English which may explain this, but that fact doesn't change the fact I find them boring.

I think nowadays, porn now relies too much on plot and story at this moment. They no longer on the sex, but the bad dialogue and God knows what horrible lines they spew out of their mouths.

I don't have a least favorite, but, I will say (and this goes along with the low budget comment above)...when they do those cheesy voice overs during the sex scenes, they never match and totally ruin anything the flix might have had. It's like watching an old ninja movie LOL

I don't like Falcon because it seems each video has one cute hottie but the rest of the cast is composed of older guys, so I don't buy it for that reason. Studios should realize this and aim for a consistent type of model in each production. Bel Ami and Helix, and Filmco and YMAC in the old days are the best.

The sad thing is that once all the original players of Bel Ami left for other interests like directing, physical injuries, or whatever, it was rinse and repeat. Sure, Bel Ami in the old days with Ion Davidov, Johan Paulik, Lukas Ridgeston, etc. are classic stars of the mid 90s, but once the original players left and added new ones, it became very formulaic. Just the same. Nothing changed. This is what happened to Bel Ami's popularity. They believed the hype and commercialized it.

Favorite studio: Treasure Island Media/Hot House Studios (even though they are on polar oposites of the "bareback" issue.)

1.) Bel Ami. Just not my cup of tea and they rearely seem to have genuine chemistry (which is often with twinky performers in any scenario, I've found)

2.)Channel 1. Same thing. I'm not really into twinky guys or bottoms acting like tops. It's almost painfully obvious that those guys would all be bottoms if they could make a porn work like that.

3.)Falcon. It just seems like the spark of the Falcon name is dead and gone. Hot House gets alot more out of many of the same performers. Carlo Masi is probably my favorite thing about Falcon.

4.)Lucas Entertainment. I have to admit, I liked the concept of the Intern and Dangerous Liasons, but they just were waaay too gay for me. Strange, but true.

5.) Sean Cody. AkA, Pretty White Boys who you'll never EVER get. It used to be hot until I realized that they are utterly unattainable. Now it's just like useless window shopping.

6.)Jake Cruise. That's all I really need to say. I think you get the point.

I'm generally bored by the stuff that comes out of North America and Eastern Europe. The men all look the same and you can smell the epilating wax wafting off them. They're good looking, but it's like watching the same guys go at it again and again and again.
