I have to come to realize that progress comes in many forms. The other day I carried 3lbs around my sack for over 12 hours. Yesterday I only wore my 29oz weight all day. It wasn't long ago that when I wore 20ozs it was easy, now when I am wearing the 29ozs it is equally as easy. I have on all 3lbs right now, and I must admit it takes some adjustments regarding sitting, standing (not too quickly) and bending over to pick up things. What's nice is that it used to be when I was carrying 2lbs I had these issues. As for my normal hang now without weights, it's definitely better, but it doesn't take much for them to turtle a little.

Warm weather is finally here and I will be wearing 3lbs this week, but once again I settled on my single 29oz weight for today. Wore it with ease and was so tempted to pile the weight on later when I saw how much my sack had stretched out today. With sunny, warm weather forecast all this week, I might throw it all on tomorrow. If I get a real good stretch I might try another 10ozs on top of the 3lbs just so I will have attained a new personal best.

Worked out today while wearing just over 3lbs hanging around my sack. Wanted to try it since it is the most I have had on ever while lifting. Have to say it sort of interfered with it because the weight had slipped a tiny bit and was causing just a little discomfort to my right nut. Without the velcro strips on my leather strap underneath the weights, I wouldn't have been able to do this at all. Well, at least I can say I did it.

Backside view of my 50oz combo. I sure have come a long way since I started this thread wearing a skinny leather adjustable. Wouldn't mind buying one more larger weight, but it definitely has to go on sale first at over $100 at ChainGang.

Tried grabbing a picture of my weights rocking out at their furthest point. I am trying to get a maximum amount of stretch on my sack while at the same time getting in my lifting workout. In between sets as I am stretching out I stretch these bad boys out as well.

What is really amazing is the fact that I have finally stretched my sack to the point that I am able to add the 1/2" wide extra weight. A half inch doesn't seem like much, but walking around with all of this hanging off of me feels completely different then when I was able to go to 50ozs. As a totally bazar bonus, I sat on the toilet and my nuts did in deed touch the water!!!

Put on the 4lbs again today (it actually is 4lbs because I forgot about my leather stretcher that I have under the weights). I'm happy to say it went better than yesterday. I was shocked today that after putting on my usual 50ozs, almost immediately there was room once again for a third weight. Definitely feels a little awkward wearing 4lbs, and it does cause a little discomfort to my right nut that always hangs a little higher than my left one. Like each gain I have gone through, I will get use to this as well. I do think that once anyone who is stretching their sack gets comfortable with whatever weight they are at, you need to add more to get past your plateau and get new stretch.

Just finished cutting the yard and everything that goes with it (about 3 hours), while wearing 4lbs on my sack. Seems like just a short time ago I was saying the same thing while wearing 3lbs - and being excited as all hell that I was. Not sure how much further I want to go with this, but 5lbs might be pretty cool. Problem is that those heavier weights at ChainGang sure are expensive.
