I went from a flat chested 34AA (I used to use those 2cup enhancer push-up bras to make me to look like a 34B) to a very voluptuous 34DD. After all the healing process and nearly a year later, I have still noticed that 3/4 of my breast area (wich is all the bottom portion of the breasts) are 'cooler to the touch and feel'. It took me a while to notice it. Then it dawned on me, "It is cooler to the touch where the implant is placed." This means, even though they are on my chest wall, closest to the heart, high where most of the body produces it's heat, the implants themselves remain slightly cooler (only while braless bc wearing a bra keeps them warm) because under the skin is the implant directly. Not muscle or body fat. They were placed 1/4 way beneath the muscle. The rest is cool. So, this guy with his balls 'feeling constantly warm' would definitely be a consern to me. I am not sure how, but it goes in opposite to what I experience with my silicone breast implants.
