Gushiggins, I completely agree! Too many people are together for the wrong reasons or obsess about their realtionship because of their insecurities. It will take a long time for us all to come around, but I think it's at least a good sign that the sexes are begining to share responsibilities, to some extent.

BB, I think a sabatical would be in order! What are you studying? Perhaps we can work in some aspect where you can get credit for the whole thing, lol. I don't want to be in a postion of authority on anything, so we'll just be partners in crime!

Good point Gush, from my point of view, I'm flirtatious to all, but NEVER would I make the first move, works out better that way, incase they don't like the extra attention.

Of course, it's also an easy way to try to target "the great one" as a candidate for 'freak street' sadly. :(

but girth is what counts where actual sex is involved.
Perhaps for fucking, but not for sucking. The only times I've "failed" at deepthroating someone is because their girth made it physically impossible for me to get it down my throat. That's rare, but it has happened.

Give me length over girth any day. :p

  Bri ? Where have you been??????????????????????

I agree with your post. The more assertive women become the more intimidated men become. That is sad. I am from the "old school" and think there are clear things that men are suppose to do. I like that and actually favor men who take clearer charge. Granted it, some men do not like to take initiative, but in the south, that is there role (at least that is how I was reared).

Also, even if the woman is not interested, there could be a potential friendship established because the guy made a move. I have had several incidences like that and have actually became friends with these guys. Good friends. Who knows... possibilities from that friendship could go further. Mother always said the best husbands or companions are those who were your closest friend. ;)

Bri... sweetheart... don't be a stranger!

Carolina, dear... sweetheart... hunny bun.... love.... (it feels nice to use those words on guys, I hear them all the time:) )----- women in NC do notice you. Trust me. We are just not as overt as some men and maybe a little more discreet. However, tides are changing and women are becoming more assertive in their interest. I am a neighbor and truly a southern woman... I think it is the man's responsiblity to make the move. Then I act. ;)
If the women are here, where are they? They sure as hell are not in the Great Smokey Mountains. I'd love to see one woman here who liked larger then normal. But then again, it could merely be that most are scared to admit they like it. Being as anything outa the ordinary redneck form is shunned here.
As for the acting first thing, all that has ever done has gotten me in trouble, and hurt, emotionally, and physically.

You're in the Great Smokies too? Well, in my neck of the woods, it's not so much a problem of women loving it once they find it....it's more a problem of me being a dorky, shy guy around women. Women that I've managed to spend time with have mostly gone gaga but the rest of me can't compete with the bad boys and Brad Pitts of the world. (This isn't a pity call, just saying is all)

P.S. bblumbee thanks for the sweet names. Consider me endeared and all that jazz.

Hi Duo and Carolina.... Great Smokies, huh... well, I am not in your territory, but will be this week! ;) Actually, I am carrying a church group to Cherokee for a retreat. I doubt I will have time to do anything but chaperone hormone raging teens. Lord help me!

I think women are curious about larger men but are also afraid. I have never been with a larger man. God, I have not been with a man in......... (I'm stopping!). The fear of being with a larger guy stems from sterotypical things/thoughts as well as hearing horror stories from other women. I suppose we ourselves need to become educated about "life" and then move forward.

And, the other things is fear of admittance. I mean, who wants to be labeled as a size queen, especially in North Carolina!

I apologize for your hurt. Women can be deadly, as is the same with men. Until we all learn to love, live and respect that cycle will continue to be a vicious as it has since the existence of humanity. I know where you are coming from... trust me hun.

And Carolina... shy guy, huh. A type that is intriguing and luring. Women can respect that, dear. However, they or at least I, will give you an opportunity to at least speak. I will do everything to make that happen and then I will be comfortable in following pursuit. Shy men are more appealing than what you might think. For me, it is the syndrome that I cannot have you, then I work harder for the opportunity. Maybe I am the strange one; I do not know. (I am opening myself up for Lord knows what!)

As far as the Brad Pitts of the world and the bad boys... it is a phase that women go through. Men go through similar phases and then they come back to reality. Same with women. In time dear... in time.

Actually, yes, we are! We are doing the train ride, going rafting, visiting Until These Hills and several other things. If I were not with a church group I would tell you to meet me for dinner. ;) :)

Are you Cherokee?

I heard that Brad was naming his daughter Peach and his son Arm.

And bblumbee, I'm sorry that I've been a stranger, but you would not believe how busy I've been this past month. I've barely had time to breathe. Career, long lost friends, war buddies, family -- it's enough to make me want to take a retreat somewhere. . .

I think the fear of being with a larger guy can also stem from not knowing how he's going to use it. For instance, imagine you can have a chance with a guy that you don't know much about, except for the fact that he's very well endowed. Kind of exciting, but you're still hesitant to take the plunge. Now imagine that you happen upon one of his ex's, who tells you that he's the sweetest guy in bed/on the ottoman/in the shower/against the window, and will definitely take it easy until you want him to do otherwise. Kind of makes the hesitation go away, doesn't it? Vivid thoughts of horror now replaced by images of erotic creativity?

It's more than fear of the unknown; it's fear of the worst possible outcome. Take away the possibility of those outcomes, and undoubtedly, obviously even, a lot more people are willing to take the reduced risk.

Mr Wild: Ah, the joys of talking about one's own penis. Not many places around where a guy can do that, and I'm thrilled to have found this place! Because there's nothing quite like the joy of just bullshitting and comparing and admiring with a bunch of like-minded guys and gals. I'm 7.5x6.5, and hadn't been with many women until the last few years. I'd never really though I was that big, only being able to compare to the studs in the pornos. But suddenly every woman I've been with is commenting on how big I am. I think it's a matter of thickness more than length, and maybe a bit of feminine wiles on their part. Still, it's damn nice to hear and feel their reactions as I slowly sink inside them.

I'll enjoy checking back on these boards. Those are some mighty fine pics you all have!

Got a lot of both I suppose: 13 and 3/4" long and a little over 8" around, 8 and 1/2" around the base. I know it's longer and thicker than average, but the proportions look about right to me, not too long and skinny or too short and fat. Getting it to fit is another thing though, it's both too fat and too long.

Have to admit, I do love BIG dick . . .have deep throated 11" and also satisfied him "anally" (safe of course) . . . just wish I had someone in my life that was a good person and physically HUNG like many of the 10"+ members here ! Would love to satisfy the BIG BIG dick crowd (johncarlson, etc. . . ), if anyone is heading to Alberta, Canada . . .drop me a line ! Anyhow, thanks for the great forums !!

BBlumbee,
I hope you enjoy the mountains here. Myself, I live in Asheville but I've done some hanging out (friends and Florida grandparents' cabin) as far south as Franklin. After growing up in the armpit of NC, Fayettenam....er um excuse Fayetteville, I can safely say that the mountains are my home. Sadly, I think I'm gonna be coming back home for some work in the future but I'm trying to enjoy WNC for now. If you get a chance, try to check out Mt. Mitchell. You can drive that church group practically to the top of the peak and it's only about 50 minutes north of Asheville on the Parkway.

Duo,
Can you beleive I've yet to go to Harrah's in my 4+ years here?

Anywho, have fun BB and Duo, you'd make a great gay guy. Hehe.
