length routine

    Hi guys I have asked this before but nothing is working for my length gains, pls see my earlier post for more details, How can I get more legnth, I have been doing PE for about 2yrs, but usually only consistently for about a month at a time, i have about 6X4 at full errection.

    I have been doing PE for just over a month and I have gained 1/4" in length.

    I heated my penis up for 5-10 minutes with a (microwaved) rice bag.
    Dry jelqued for 10-15 minutes at 50-70% erection
    Heated my shaft again for 3 minutes then stretched, Up, down, left, right and straight out holding for 3+ minutes in each direction with a moderate force (no pain) . I heated up again before I changed the stretching direction.
    For 3 hours afterwards I wore an extender (www.autoextender.com) and constantly kept it warm.

    Heat has definitely improved my gaining rate, it is over twice as fast than without.

    Hi, I'm also after length, my girth is already good. My brother has told me that if I want more length, I need to do stretching downwards for the ligaments and upwards for the tunic, or something. He told me that jelqing when mostly erect is for girth, jelqing when semi hard is for both length and girth and that jelqing when mostly soft is for length. Is this right? Thanks.

    i agree with dongalong and utilize the same routine. heat is def key with strecthing and i have no complaints with the results. just make sure u have time as it is time-consuming, but worth every minute.
