whats everyone's favorite length stretch? whats the ones you have found to be the most effective? also for the hand stretchers, how long do you hold your stretches? do you kegel during stretch or tug or anything specific? another topic: do you feel or have data that stretching the ligament or corpus tissue works better? my favorites are stretchin to the sides and down between legs going behind you-- i read about this one from someone here or thundersplace (forgot where). once i tried it i felt it stretch the lig immediately. if you havent tried it i suggest so. be careful though, it puts a lot of torque on your ligament.
