Poor Rosenthal is often confused with "Rosenstein". It was Rosenstein who really made a mess. Doug Whitehead has been very ill and has ceased to practice medicine.

The FDA has gotten wise to the use of Alloderm in male-enhancement procedures. A few MD's have received letters from Lifecell which is the maker of this product. Alloderm has had problems in a percentage of men when used in an improper manner. It was not designed for implantation. A percentage of men have had problems with it including changes in sensation, nerve problems in surrounding tissue and encapsulation. The problems with Alloderm do not show up immediately but much later. It is a medical roulette wheel on this one.

Anyone considering this needs to wait.

Currently under development are new techniques for lengthening which may reduce or eliminate the post operative stretching and prevent "retraction" which happens in a percentage of patients, and a new method of girth enhancement which does not implant foreign bodies of any kind. In addition, the lengthening procedure revisions will move the entry scar to behind the scrotum. These new procedures are under evaluation right now and do not expect release of them to the general public until mid to late 2009 if all is 100% successful.

Thank you for those updates Ken. How do you know there's something new in development and could you tell us what the principles are and what the potential gains might be?

I want genetic therapy. I want to pick my dick out of a book, get a shot, and 6 months later have a completely different penis. Until this happens, I'm not overly optimistic about any surgical procedures.

I found it ! (I think). There is a new peptide you inject on your body when you have a wound or recently underwent surgery that will help heal it very fast and leave almost no scar tissue.

My goodness gracious; Doug Whitehead, (Brian) Rosenthal, (Mel) Rosentein. I'm just happy I've never heard of them along with Harold Reed and the infamous toupee-ed one (GR) in Anaheim Hills.

For all who are about to endeavor on this quest, look up the saga of one Blake Steidler in 2005. After spending on penile enlargement the equivalent for an entry level sports car he was left scarred with no appreciable size gain and a great case of erectile dysfunction. After mulling over his post-operative situation, his solution was an aborted attempt to place his Chicago surgeon, Dr. Sheldon O. Burman, into low Earth orbit. Fortunately Mr. Steidler suffered Rocketeer Remorse and confessed what he had done to authorities before Dr. Burman could open the surprise package.

Steidler now resides in Happy Acres where he can read up on penile enlargement for the next many years.

hey whatever floats your boat. I personally would not "dick"around witha working dong. too many horror stories. Suspension, suspensory ligaments cut, blah blah.
You are the product of evolution, millions of years of refinement went into your design, and some sheister quack cuts a piece of " useless ligament" to make your dong apear bigger?? no side effects? there is no free lunch in the universe. having said that, all the best to you, mate

I read somewhere that there are also treatments for increasing the size of the scrotum as well.

i don't think you can increase your actual ball size, but the muscles that surround them.

i also read about people who pump saline solution into their nutsack tho that sounds ridiculous.

i have only joined this group recently, and by accident, but am amazed at how many people are discussing these topics.

Words of Wisdom good sir.

Bro,the sad thing about surgery is..if everything wasn't done correctly i.e from the scalpel to the healing process....you may end up inches SHORTER!i have a friend in Atlanta who had this experience and now has a 5 incher. The doc claims he didn't follow instructions and the scars didn't heal properly... honestly I dunno.

Stretching must be done in order to not lose size when trying to enlarge one's penis. When the tunica is stretched and put through it's paces... scar tissue will immediately form to support the healing of the damaged tissue matrix. This scar tissue if not stretched, will actually shift the matrix to repairing itself with less surface area, resulting in the loss of erectile size.

I have been pumping for around 8 years and wasn't stretching properly during about seven of those years and I have been experiencing a bit of length loss as a result. Since stretching between pumping sessions, I am now gaining back that half an inch or so and it is liberating to say the least.

Pumping, Jelqing and Clamping done without stretching is a NO NO... I learned it the hard way. Likewise stretching without any girth exercises can reduce your girth over time... PE must have a balanced approach in order to be effective.
