In the late 80's and 90's he actually wasn't bad looking but he hasn't aged well. He never was a looker but is a damn good guitar player. I tend to think there may be something to his being well endowed because I remember seeing a picture of him in Guitar magazine in the 90's and he had a very noticeable VPL/bulge. I don't know if I have that mag anymore but I remember it to this day.
