I know this has been discussed before, in fact, I think I've talked about it, but I'm not sure if there was a definitive answer. We all should maintain a healthy weight, for no other reason other than maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Some folks have to have surgery to lose weight, others can go to the gym and work it off, and yet there are some who seem to gain and lose weight at will. With maintaing a healthy weight, and I want to hear from some of the folks who have had those dramatic weight losses, did you see a measurable gain in length, girth, both; and has your stamina increased. Ladies, if your husband, boyfriend, significant other, etc., or guys, if your boyfriend, husband, significant other, etc., has experienced the weight loss; let us know.
