whenever I try to watch the videos, they always stop at 10 to 20%. I can't even download them, as it also freezes the playback. I've already tried on different devices and in different locations, but the issue with the site persists.

I have had The exact Same problem for about 3 days. And it doesn't just stop when you watch a video It Also stops downloading at a certain point when you try download it.
It’s online player is crap. It always only play a few minutes and stops forever.
