I wouldn't call her "dumb" per se. Maybe shrewd, calculating, seriously ignorant, self-indulgent, hyper, most mediocre. But her fan-base must be quite dumb, and that added a level of "danger" to her. Looking from Europe, the circus she arranged in and after the election makes one think of USA politics as a joke.
