I'm guessing you are talking about Trump's former campaign manager. Nobody in the US gives a damn about soccer.

Is Trump's Lewandowski the one who was the contractor that set up Putin's English language propoganda radio station or the one who ran Putin's post Ukrain invasion western PR campaign?
Seriously, this is not a joke. Trump has multiple paid Putin advisers on his staff. Trump himself took $14 million from oligarchs (i.e. close friends of Putin). Sold his one of his mansions to another oligarch for $95 million (four years after having paid $41 million for it). He gets millions for licensing fees a year, from various former soviet satellite nations, for projects that have not even left the planning stages.
