September 12 the entire world was united with us against senseless terrorism. On that day, we had the terrorists beaten. Bush squandered that unique opportunity, truly snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Bush may be a fool but he's currently the world's most dangerous fool.
Fun as it may be to recall all his antics, he's just the fall guy. The footage of him sitting at the Elementary School after being told that the United States was 'under attack' and him continuing to listen to the story clearly showed that he is NOT the most powerful man in the country.
My favourite: God told me to invade Iraq (or something to that effect). Now that is closer to the truth
