Well he says that you have to break away from conventional sexual ideology. So I guess that for those people who can, there are other ways in which people are aroused and perform sexual acts, other than penetration. Personally, it's not my thing in the slightest - I'm a huge fan of convention. But I guess it works for some. Remember, there's nowt queer as folk.
