Yes, I often get a hardon after the 3rd or 4th heavy benchpress.

Donk: I have been lifting weights for nearly 9 years, and my penis has not grown, although my other muscles certainly have.

(If anything, my penis must look smaller in proportion to my body since I have much more bulk than before I started lifting.)

Working out with weights suits me very well, though there are times when it gets squeezed out of the diary. I always notice that feeling good and better circulation means stronger erections and more of them -- not, thankfully, usually in the middle of a bench press.

I have lifted 5 x week for 7 years now. I have found that lifting has no effect on your cock size/growth whatsoever. Unless you are doing steriods (which I don't), in which case you might find yourself shriking, not growing!

jimbo67: After lifting weights for more than 15 years, I have noticed no increase in erect penis lenght. The rest of my body has gained 30 pounds of muscle, which probably makes the penis look smaller in comparison.

Although my flaccid penis length has increased from 5 to 6.5 in that time and my balls hang 4 inches lower, I attribute these increases to aging and lack of support.

I have a very slim build, 6ft2 and 155. My wife and I thought that we would lift weights. After six months I did not show any real development, lost interest and quit. At the start my dick was 9 1/2 x 6 and after six months I still had the same 9 1/2 x 6.

What about the younger guys here, any 18-25 year olds start lifting weights then experience growth or not?

However I tried lifting weight with my penus and can do lift with 2.5 pound ankle weights, can also use my dick as a winter coat hanger.

Steroids will NOT make your cock shrink, I know this from personal experience. That's a myth.

However, taking exogenous testosterone will cause the testicles to stop producing it, and after a few weeks they start to shrink. This is a temporary effect, the testicles expand back to normal size when you go off cycle. Experienced anabolic steroid users go through a period of "Post Cycle Therapy" using drugs which jump-start the testicles to resume normal endogenous testosterone production and testicle size.

Yes, the drug I used to jump start my testicles after a cycle of testosterone is Chorionic Gonadotropine for Injection, U.S.P. made by Rugby Laboratories, Inc., Rochville Centre, N.Y. It worked perfectly and I was never able to tell my balls had changed any kind of production.

I know it's risky business to fool around with testosterone, but I was one of the lucky ones and profited tremendously from its use.

Not really gained any inches, in fact, if any, I've stayed where I am. Of course, I'm not really into gaining mass, which, if I remember correctly will gobble up inches. I prefer to stay at my weight right now, which just happens to be a lean 185 lbs.

I definitely would not continue its use without the advice of your uroligist, easy. My best guess is that permanent damage would be done. I know of no way to increase the size of testicles. If I did I probably would have already done so. :D

I would consult an endocrinologist, not a urologist. But for the most part the various drugs used to restore testicular function (HCG, clomid, nolvadex) will go no further than to restore the size and function of the testes back to normal, not enhance them.

Thanks for the correction, Mr._dB, of course the endocrinologist is preferable. Two heads are better than one and our forum often proves that.

Yknarf: If you hang the weights from your cock you should see some increase in length!
