I haven't ever heard of this.

I have no help to provide here, my skin doesn't react well to anything other than a few expensive-ass lotions. I don't have much acne anymore, and when I do break out I don't do much about it.

I hope you find something that works for you.

Hello

I would like to improve my acne and also eliminate some brown spots.
I would like to have a feedback on phototherapy at home.
Do you use this treatment and does it work for you?

Thank you

My people, vampiric redheads, have adverse reactions to light therapy. :(;)

You might get more traffic in the Health & Fitness Forum.

I bought a small handheld device the other week from Amazon - got a bit carried away after we had been discussing skincare here. I've never had acne, so I can't honestly say, I got it because of the mention of collagen. I want to preserve what I have for as long as possible and I don't want to ever resort to injectables or surgery (I say that now lol).

My skin has a glow after using it, but other than that, it's probably too soon to say. I'm sceptical.

thank you very much for your feedback, could you give me the reference or a link to your device? Concerning the injections, what do you do, Hyaluronic acid? I'm a boy and I want to preserve my youth as long as possible. I take glycine, glutamine and a lot of other food supplements that have an action on the skin.

It's this one:

Needle-Free Mesotherapy Device | Wireless 3 Photons EMS Needle-Free Mesotherapy RF Radio Frequency Skin Facial Rejuvenation Firming Tightening Lifting Anti Aging All Skin Type Beauty Device

But like I said it's too soon for me to say.

I don't inject anything

Sunlight is actually how I treat my psoriasis; once I finish my spring tanning routine I plan on sharing some before/after pics in my gallery... The difference is kinda shocking. Not sure why I didn't snap about that and share it in my first post burnt moment I guess.

I'm interested, gonna Google dive now.

Yes, it's indicated for your case. Unless I'm mistaken, psoriasis is linked with a microbiota disorder. Perhaps it would be interesting to see if there are any intolerances or allergies?
