List of gyms with open/communal showers?

Visited the local pool today and the changing rooms seemed to try to cater for everyone. There was an open changing section with a bench and hooks and also cubicles available. Similarly with the showers there were around six showers arranged in a horse shoe and then three cubicles. In this environment I still feel it is acceptable to be naked in the communal showers and to be in the changing areas naked however I felt this was not the norm. I'd appreciate your opinions on this as to whether my behaviour is inappropriate or if I am perfectly fine to be naked in a male changing room and just need to have some more self confidence. Thanks 
The Cincinnati Athletic Club has a lower level with huge sauna and steam. Open showers. When I visited a couple years ago you could swim nude. It was great but I don't think they have day passes now. It had always been a swim naked place. It's a huge good ol boys club that dates back generations
Cincinnati Athletic Club most likely does not do day passes.
YMCA, main location on Central had open gang, steam, sauna all linked together. It has been a while since I had been there...inquire, research.

Naked lap swimming at an old boys athletic club? What a rare place. I wonder if perhaps it is the last surviving remnant in the entire country. Makes me wish I lived in Cincinnati.
The central Y in Cincinnati has been totally remodeled so no longer has gang showers. They do have small steam room and sauna but hard to play. Possible and I have but difficult.
