Rauth suggested MCK underwear. That's the McKillop I really like. The bulge envy line is available in different pouch sizes. All custom made, and at what seem to be (to me) reasonable prices. They have many other bulge lines as well. Personally I prefer the bulge envy because I can be big without being outrageously showy.
And if they can make me look good, imagine what they would do for a really big cock.
