I tried Adderall XR..

I was the most productive person till about noon, then the bloody noses, stomach pains and hysteria sat in.

Never doin that stuff agian.

I have enough allergy problems i ought to hang out a shingle and charge for advice. If it's out there my nose has probably tried it (just talking allergy meds now...)

When I'm organized and can remember it, I take a multivitamin and a few other supplements (vitamin E, garlic, lechithin, fish oil). I tried L-Argenine there for awhile but am not sure if it was doing anything. (you know what I mean)

On a related note, I live in terror of the day when I have to take a regular pharmaceutical medication. I have something of a phobia there. It's an act of Congress for me to talk myself into taking a single Tylenol.

(Yes, I know that makes little sense in light of the fact that I am able to make myself swallow supplements.)
