live chat room

Is the live chatroom not a feature for me? I registered.........but perhaps you have to be a paying member? Can anyone help with some info? I have already downloaded the java it said I needed, but when I click on "live Chat" nothing happens..........any suggestions???????????????

I'm not a paying member, and I have no problem. I just click on the "Live Chat" link, a new window opens, and if I'm logged into the site I don't have to do anything - it logs me in automatically. (It does take a little time.) If I'm not logged into the site I have to fill out the name and password fields and click the button.
