Live or memorex?

I was watching the original version of "I am telling you" with Jennifer Hudson and then the movie version with Jennifer Holliday. You tell me which is live and which is memorex. You betta get it right! LOL!

Wow - powerful singing. But I cannot tell. Somehow, the first looked a little mouthed, but the second seemed "too perfect".

Do you all understand that I am asking which version do you prefer? I love both .I just think they reflect the women who perform them. Jennifer Holliday makes me feel as if her heart is literally going to break and Jennifer Hudson looks as if she is going to need sedation ! LOL!

If i had to say The Movie is Memorex. They usually dub voices in afterwords when it comes to musicals. They did a great job. One thing for sure this woman can sing..........:smile:

You said Live or Memorex. I took it you meant who is singing live and who isnt. I wonder what Ella Fizgerald would say? I just wonder about things like this. I cant help it. Did anne Landers ever wake up and smell the coffee?:wink:
