I am a nudist and have been more confidence in myself at the gym locker room. I'm kinda cautious a little but the better I feel about myself the more confident I feel or appear to be.

Does your confidence grow with improved mental health first or does confidence improve your mental health? Chicken or the egg?

Average guy here.

I've been using gyms with open showers for decades. I love to show off that I'm completely uninhibited about other dudes seeing my package. It definitely feels very masculine and has been great for my confidence.

You need to post some new pics. The ones you have with the button up shirt are so HOT!

I wish more fitness centres had open/communal showers. I hate cubicles and yes, I do like seeing other guys nude and being nude with them. But I also think it helps with body confidence and shows that we all come in different shapes and sizes. I don't mind seeing anyone nude in the showers (from ripped and fit, to big beer belly), it's all about being comfortable in your own skin.

Plus, communal showers are far easier to keep clean - cubicles are just more surfaces to keep clean and for people to leave their garbage on the floor or walls.
