What if, one of you is so big and the other just too tight?

Sounds like a problem of nerves. There are muscles down there, some voluntary, others not so much until properly trained. If you can't get any penetration at all, that tells me that the bottom is just clenching. If you can only get a couple of inches, then the internal sphincter isn't relaxing.

If, after all this time, he just won't open the door, either have him pursue a meaningful career as a top, or buy him a couple of toys (one your size and one smaller) and lube and tell him to come back when he can take those comfortably. Taking away the pressure of not wanting to disappoint you may just be what he needs to learn to relax. Letting him explore and learn on his own that it's *not* going to hurt and how to control those muscles, in a completely non-judgemental environment (his own bedroom or bathroom) may be all it takes.

The internal sphincter isn't relaxing, at all.

Some penetration is possible but once the outer defense is breached, as it were, there is a tight resistance and if pressure is applied it causes a sharp pain. This doesn't happen with a finger nor toys up to a certain girth, but the particular manhood involved is easily 6" in girth, thicker at the base.

The inner is built to relax when there's pressure from the inside pushing out. It just takes practice and the right mindset getting it to respond without that pressure.

I'm surprised nobody has jumped on this thread recommending chemical aids (poppers, alcohol, other). I prefer to be 100% of my right mind when having sex, but I'm sure there are those for whom a little head lightening muscle relaxant works wonders.
