Could {Loin Cloth} be an anagram? A cryptic clue?

If you throw in {Actor} you get: Oil Thor Lacto which as everyone know is the stage name for that 80s hunk - Tom Selleck!

There was a tarzan TV series in the 80's, I saw reruns of it on cable in the early 90's, the guy looked magnificent in a VERY brief loincloth, lovely dimpled butt cheeks, beautifull body and face. Loved watching his muscular body move. I have no idea who he was ( not Miles o'Beef) but will never forget his butt. Since then, every one is so modest.

By the way IO don't know why, but I am thinking I have seen Kevin Sorbo in a loin cloth at around that time....

Well I mentioned Lambert, Singer ,and Selleck to my friend and he didnt know who two of them were, but then I mentioned another name or two and then he said that I had made some good guesses and neither confirmed or denied -seems like the name I guessed which caused his neither deny or confirnm statement the most, was also named on here by someone from Canada and Alaska -so without mentioning his name ,I feel it might just be the guy they mentioned also
