Adonis is predominantly a dance party. It is mixed with the full gender spectrum present, not just cis-men.
While there are a lot of topless guys, it's not a sex party primarily so I've not seen a lot of full nudity in the dance areas. There is a dark room though where of course showing off etc is welcome.

In my opinion the best place by far for seeing and mixing with lots of naked guys hung and otherwise is Vault 139 near Warren street tube.
Lots of great fun to be had on Stripped nights (especially Thursday) for just £11 entrance including a drink, free rubbers and lube.
You can either just chill at the bar with a beer, cruise the rooms watching the action or participate if you get lucky.

Adonis is not really for that - is a dance party and much more queer and lately have been not very welcoming to cis guys coming solely for sexual purposes.
Would recommend Roast for its dark room and wide variety of hot men. Trough if you're looking for something purely sexual with more scope for nudity on the dancefloor (though some level of discretion usually advised)
