Hey guys. I'm really interested in hearing from anyone here who's been through circumcision as an adult in London? I'd really appreciate any advice and feedback on the best way to go about it. Are there things you would have done differently? Ive set my mind on getting it done but hearing from guys who've been through it would be really helpful. Thanks!

I would never consider removal. I wish I would have had the chance to keep my foreskin. You must have a reason to consider. I hope you find the information you need and good luck.

What's your reason for getting circumcised? You have a fabulous looking uncut cock, the foreskin pulls all the way back fully exposing the head. There are a lot of men who regret having it done., once its done there is no going back. Think long and hard before you finally decide

There are two well known circ clinic sin London. One is Dr Zarifa. I always forget the name of the second one.

If you are sure you have a desire to get cut, then don't let the anti-circers stop you and deny you of what you really want.

The most common "complaint" for adult circs is that the doc didn't cut tight enough. Make sure you know how much skin you are willing/wanting to part with and convey that to the doctor to ensure he cuts the right amount of redundant skin.

Keep the inner foreksin. A scar right at the base of glans may be more cosmetic, but having the inner foreksin is great for sensation and really give you that "circumcised" look.

Make sure you ask about how long the bandage should stay on. If he says only 24 hours, I would recommend you remove it after 24 hours and apply your own thereafter and make sure it is put on tightly. Having a bandage on helps reduce swelling.

I decided to get circumcised back in 1985 when I was 30. It was not for medical resasons. I had been wearing my foreskin retracted because it was more comfortable with my cock head piercings. I also preferred the look of circumcised cocks. I asked my GP (family doctor) to refer me to a surgeon.

I had some redundant foreskin piercings that I wanted removed along with the foreskin. The surgeon said he could do that but my circumcision would be fairly tight. I was happy about that so gave him the go-ahead. It was done in hospital in Chelmsford and I had a general anaesthetic. I wasn't offered the option of having it done under local.

If I had my time again, I'd push to have it done under local because it would have cost a lot less. I would also not have had quite such a tight circ because it causes 'turkey neck' - hairy scrotal skin is pulled onto the cock shaft during erection. So, I'd urge you not to have too tight a cut, because you can always have it cut tighter later. You can't get it replaced.

Have a look at Adults | CircumSurgeons

They seem to care a lot about tailoring the look to the customers' requirements and use the neater "sleeve" method - I would be interested to know if anyone has been here and if they had a good experience.
