I thought of something: I have to do a fair amount of public speaking, and I tend to have a prominent bulge. Now, I don’t KNOW if people stare at it or not, and I honestly don’t care one way or another. But occasionally I get, er, distracted when I think I catch someone staring. This happened yesterday. I was making eye contact with someone when her eyes drifted down toward my crotch then back up at me. We locked eyes briefly, and the thought flashed through my head: “She was just checking me out.” I then lost my train of thought in front of like 75 people, if only for a moment.

That has happened on several occasions over the years. Admittedly, it could be in my head that it’s a “bulge thing.” But it could also be legit too. In any case, it’s the very question that’s distracting...

You're like me. I sometimes do presentations commando, and typically they're in conference rooms, so as I walk around the room while I'm speaking, I look to see who keeps looking at the power point, and who turns to watch me as I walk around the room.
