Long Nipples

Is this aroused or unaroused? Mine are the same height and width unaroused. Not sure what they are when aroused as I've never thought to measure them.

I would say the measurement is when unaroused, but as pert as they get under normal life circumstances - say, when cold. So yours, by the measure I proposed, are just at the beginning of long. I also think that nipples tend to appear longer if the aureola under them mounds outward significantly, which I think is the case with the pinup and celebrity mentioned.
That reminds me of another variable, isn't it the case that some women's nipples change more than others' due to circumstances such as temperature? Some stay mostly flat, others mostly, while some vary a lot according to conditions. Such wonderful, intriguing variety.....

You can find more nipples than you can shake a stick at online, but how often do you get to appreciate some art? And isn't there an erotic feel to the depiction of that conch, or is it just me?

I actually didn't pay much attention to my nipples untill recently, I thought all womens nipple stuck out like when aroused - obviously i don't watch enough porn, or pay enough attention to boobs!!!

Yes, that is what I would say is beginning to look long. Her nipples are quite a bit thicker at the base than at the tip, which is one natural variation, but still overall meet what I would say is the criteria of appearing at least as long as they are thick.
I have seen pictures of really long nipples before, like twice as long as they are thick, which may be what some here have in mind. Some of the pictures out there, maybe artificially stretched, look kind of freaky.
I can't tell much about her breast job from the clip, but I wouldn't say it looks terrible here, just a bit artificially "balooned" more than full. I think natural looks (and feels) better, regardless.
