I sometimes wear metal cockrings (2 at a time) for 4 or 5 days without taking them off. You have to have the right fit so that your cock never turns cold from lack of blood supply. You also have to know your rhythms. For example, the only time they do constrict is in the morning before and after waking up. That's the time when the volume of one's cock is at its fullest (unaroused), so I often readjust the cockrings and sleep spread-eagle. During the day, I prefer to wear underwear with expansive pouch room when wearint cockrings. Essentially, the goal is to make certain that your cock isn't over-constrained.

I would NOT recommend wearing them for many hours (or days!) at a time, even the flexible rubber ones. Their purpose is to have an impact on the blood flow, and it may have side effects in long term you won't like. Varicoceele is a pain-in-the-balls, and has everything to do with the genital area's blood flow. :frown1:

Clearly, if on is experiencing discomfort or severely restricted blood flow, then one should take the cockring off.
This reminds me of a similar thread from ages ago. Latinobo9, who has a 9 inch cock, wears cockrings for days. He asked his doctor about longterm use, and the doctor said it was fine as long as the blood flow is not too restricted.

I have several cock rings that go around cock and balls. The flexible stretchy ones are most effective for larger erections, increased girth etc but too tight to wear for extended periods. My Steel ring is 1.5" inside dia and is almost loose while flaccid but tight when erect and highly effective to keep me harder longer. Without the use of a good ring I sometimes cant get hard enough to quite reach climax no matter how aroused, even if taking CALIS or VIAGRA. I never liked the ring for around just the penis or just the knob. So my advise is to buy set of 3 stretchy rings and set of 3 metal ones of varying sizes to know how they fit and what ones are best for you.
