It's Italy!! The whole country is a public safety hazard from the steep cliffs to the earthquakes, the volcanoes, the drivers, the bureaucracy, the crumbling ruins, the scooter maniacs, shocking public toilets, the men (if you're an attractive woman) and the mafia. Rotting garbage in densely populated areas is a major public health and safety hazard too. This is a country that elected a porno actress to parliament. Italians are all about making grand political statements.

But who cares??! It's all magnificent! It's Italy!
