Just to mention, it is illegal for the dividers to stick out from the wall any further than the front most edge of the urinals themselves. The ADA has that requirement in order for guys in wheelchairs can use them. I found this out two years ago when they were considering removing this limit on divider size due to the realization that guys in wheelchairs rarely, if ever, use urinals (they, instead, chose to not change it).

The dividers are silly sometimes. I've been in some restrooms where the divider was nothing more than a one foot by one foot wall at waist level. You could still see everything the guy next to you is packing. Then there are the ones that are like stalls - floor to ceiling and sticking so far out you don't even know someone's there until you walk past. If I walk in and see those I sigh.
