Looking for girth help please

    Im looking to get more girth. Length is fine but would like some more thickness. Any real feed back would be great.

    if you are a newbie then stick to newbie routine that is starting from 20 jelqs mild jelqs at a 40 % erection at first session after a good 5 minutes warm up and followed by the same wam down.. increase the training volume every session by 10 reps till you hit 50 reps in a session then ,the next session ,performs with an higher erection degree (say 60%) and increase again the volume by 10 reps per session till you hit 100, then stick to 100 reps but increase your erection level say to 80 % ..you should see girth gains very soon mate...

    Just start off with Kegels and jelqing. I would do some stretches, but focus more on jelqing. Stick with this for a few months. Girth gains take longer to see than length gains, for many.

    If you see any girth gain after about 3 months I would just stick with the same routine as long as it is working. If you don't see any girth gains you can try some Ulis, holds, edging and ballooning. Some guys do clamping but this is a maneuver that is associated with a higher frequency of injury.
