So I have been doing this girth exercise for about 3months and have gained 1/2 inch in girth! I promise no lie. I do a combination of the Sad Sack Slinky and clamping.
Slide the clamp as far as you can into your fat pad. Clamp secure but not too tight. Then begin to do the SSS exercise. The clamp provides consistent pressure which enables you to have better results. I do 3mins. downward 3minutes to each side and 3minutes straight up.
