Title says it all. Go to the gym a few times a week but have a tough distracting job in healthcare where I’m on the road. Not usually a sub but willing to be for a Muscle Daddy/Dom that’s willing to keep me on the right track and give me forced workouts or meals. Encouraging each other to gain more muscle. And showing off progress for my Muscle Daddy or Muscle Dom.
