Yes! Check out "Incest Brother Love" it's a vintage (1974) film and this one set of twins are HOT as HELL!!! The whole premise is very sexy, as are the Lee twins who are identical. I just did a forum search and there are several brothers and twins threads with links of all kinds. I take it from those being allowed that as long as there isn't any actual contact between the brothers (side by side or tag teaming) it is acceptable.

These are the two I can think of who just jackoff together with no actual contact. If you do a search on Google, you'll find twins from William Higgins and Belami that go a bit further.
