Hey,
I don't know how much experience you have with a camera, but the greater part of good erotic photography is plain good photography.

Taking Pictures
Common problems with erotic photos people take around the house are bad lighting, bad framing, terrible settings, bad posing, and flash. Bad lighting leads to murky, funny-coloured pictures. Try taking pictures when sun is pouring through your windows - and turn on all your lights. Bad framing is obvious (eg., half your head is missing). By terrible setting, I mean taking a picture in your nan's living room while she's on vacation, or having all your Pokemon collectibles in the background. Try to have as little unsexy or distracting shit in the shot as possible. It should be about you, not about the "Inception" poster you have on the wall. Flash will make you look ugly, unless you know how to use it well. Generally speaking, flash + naked body = autopsy pictures. Just sayin.
As for posing, look at some pictures of naked men. I'm not saying you need to exercise your 1% gayness, but look at some pictures of guys with your body type and duplicate the poses until you get a feel for things. (If you want site suggestions I've got some, but they're pretty gay. So I'll leave that to your discretion.)
Personal tips: B&W tends to look art-y, colour is more likely to look porn-y. If you have a proper digital SLR, use it on a tripod. Use a wide aperture so there's low depth-of-field and the focus is on you - not foreground or background objects. That will also increase the light in the picture and soften the image (meaning it'll look less like an autopsy photo). Take the pictures in places where you and your girlfriend spend time, and not just in bed. Take some on the couch, in the kitchen, and definitely in the shower. If you have a waterproof digital camera be sure to take some shower pictures. Everyone appreciates a hot, wet, naked body.
Good luck!
