try on several sizes in several brands to see what give you a fit you like. there can be significant differences in sizes between brands, and sometimes within a brand. also, Lycra materials vary; it can be thicker, thinner, super stretchy, minimal stretch, etc. watch out for lighter colors which can become see-thru, unless that's the image you want. :biggrin2:
over the years I found that Speedos fit me poorly compared to several other brands. perhaps the best fit were Turbo, Head, Parr of Arizona, and 1980s era Arena.
it goes without saying that the smaller the size the more revealing they will be.
