Looking to add an exta 1.5 inches

    My penis is about 7.5 inches to 8 (On a very good day). I want to be about 9 inches or more. So whats a good jelqing technique that I should start doing. And how often should I do it; whats the average time that I start to see results (given that I continuously do it). It seems like a controversial subject, but do pumps actually work, even if just temporary. What would be a good pump to get, and where could I get one?

    I decided to start Jelqing (Again). I set up my google calendar to remind me 3 times a week. I got a heat pad to warm up my dick for a bit, and then I'll lub up and do the "ok" stretch for a few minutes. Is this good for now, or should I do a different technique?

    Like any work out plan, you need a plan.
    OK, let me do it for you.
    Week1
    1. Warm up with your heating pad 5-10 minutes.
    I prefer to do stretches first.
    2. 10, 1-2 second tugs in each direction: straight ahead, up, down, left, right. Then make circles. You should rest in between each set. (and reheat for about a minute)
    3. Lube up your penis and get it semi erect, by whatever method you need. i.e. porn
    4. Do 50 jelqs.
    yes, only 50. Focus on doing them right and really feel them. Go slow, fast, learn what works for you.
    5. Cool down. apply heat again to your penis for 10 minutes. Soak in a hot tub, use a hot towel wrap, or you heating pad, take a shower, whatever.
    6. stamina work. These need to be done thoughout the day. start with 10 kegels for now, maybe during your cool down. Do two more sets of 10 reps throughout the day.

    Follow this Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Rest on all the other days.

    The next week, or second week, you are going to increase the numbers. Go for 12-15 tugs for stretching and add a 10 second pull in that direction after your reps.

    Increase your jelqs to 75-100. Maybe 75 on the monday of that week and work up to 100 by Friday. Also, your stamina work reps need to be increased.

    The 3rd week, same thing. You increase what you are doing by adding second sets. Do two sets of stretches and two sets of jelqs, with a rest in between sets. I hope you are getting the idea.

    The important thing is to start out slow and build from there, Its better to start slow and safe than to hurt your self. Most injuries are self inflicted by overzealous beginners.

    During this time, read through this forum. Read as much as you can. There are many great contributors and those threads will lead you to more info on the internet.

    i want to increase size too but i always forget about the PE exercise and they really do help
