In this forum, debates and discussions abound when claims of penis size for any man of any race greatly exceed that of typically accepted size. I've read discussions about both white and black men as well as several other races.
In this case the men happen to be black and the original poster asserts "must be about 12 inches."
A few problems persist, the first is that men typically exaggerate their penis size, the second is that the porn industry exaggerates penis size and the third, and perhaps the most problematic of them all, is that most people have no idea how to accurately gauge penis size.
If any guy wants to state that they're 12" long and 8" around then I would challenge them, regardless of race, to wrap a piece of standard laser printer or notebook paper around their erection. In the US the typical sizes of those types of paper are 8.5" x 11" (216mm x 280mm). If they don't exceed the length of that piece of paper, then they aren't 12". If the paper wraps around itself more than a bit then they aren't 8" circumference either. FYI - A standard 12oz aluminum can is less than 5" long, but slightly more than 8" around.
The porn industry, a multi-billion dollar a year industry, uses camera tricks on all races of men to visually exaggerate the size of their penises. I'm not sure how many women fantasize about micro-penises, but I'm sure there's not very many. Beside that, I'm not sure how many men want to see a woman being pleasured by a tiny penis. A majority of individuals that consume pornography, in one way or another, want to see a strong, good looking, virile man (or more than one) making a beautiful woman (or more than one) go out of her mind with body shaking, toe curling orgasms, whilst telling said man or men how big he is and blah, blah, blah. It's all very typical. So the porn industry, in order to continue making money, has learned how to produce those fantasies to all of our various satisfactions, including the utilization of camera tricks and petite female performers to make the male performers appear to possess unusually large members.
In my opinion, the men in this particular case appear to be a solid 7"-8" plus or minus. Byron might be a tad longer, but not by much.
