I have the same thing with the extra loose skin. I'm small to begin with and when soft it can sometimes almost look like I'm uncut. There is enough skin to cover most of my glans. I also have what is called penoscrotal webbing. I'm attaching a picture, not of me, to show what it is like. I've read it is a result of a poorly done circumcision. Does anyone else have this as well?

Today I put on some compression cold gear to go do a little running. My dick naturally curves to the left but in the compression gear it was held in a straight down position. I felt when the skin had went over the head and it feels weird to me but it happens sometimes since I'm loosely cut and it's not unusual. However, when I took of the thermal gear my dick head was almost completely covered, just the tip was showing. Now this has happened before, like I said, but this time it stayed like that. Walked around naked for a while and it stayed covered usually the skin will quickly roll back. I had to pull the skin back myself.

Loose cut. When I was young the skin overhung the corona but as I got older it pulled back. Good scar but the bunching skin hides it unless I am erect or pull it back. Still needed lube to jerk off though.
