Hi. What is the quickest and most effective way to lose inches around your thighs?
I am not trying to loose inches on my thighs. I am always trying to gain inches between my thighs.
Come on man, I'm serious!
I've never met a woman who didn't like big, strong thighs on her guy. I would guess some type of cardio would work the best though. But why are you asking? You can't be dissatisfied with your lower body.
There is no way to target weight loss. Working your thighs will not cause them to lose fat any faster than anywhere else on your body. Men are usually predisposed to lose, and gain, fat on their bellies first. Some areas of fat are just plain stubborn. If you're keeping your metabolism up and eating the right amount of calories then you will lose fat without losing muscle.
I think you want to go for a liposuction surgery.Its a nice and effective surgery to lose inches around your thighs.
Cardio+less calories. Six and Jason are right-you can't target an area for weight loss. Go for overall fitness. If you do a lower body workout, go with lots of reps with relatively low weight.
