It seems I loose quite a bit of sensitivity when I use cialis or viagra. Has anyone else experienced this? I get plenty hard and do cum but it's just not the same with it as without it.

I use generic viagra regularly (once a week) and it never has diminished sensitivity in my cock or balls. In fact my balls seem to be more sensitive, and as they bump around it gives a lot of pleasure. At age 76 I get a firm erection that feels great until I reach orgasm and ejaculation, usually about 20 minutes after I begin.

Like all medications, the extent to which side effects are experienced by users of Cialis, Viagra and Levitra varies highly, and can also be dosage-dependent, or dependent on how much of the drug is left in their bodies since the time that they took it. Most are not affected by anorgasmia at all, or to the extent where it creates a problem. A few people may take longer to cum, or may not be able to cum at all through ordinary sex. For some, this may mean fucking the crap out of their partner, but having to masturbate themselves to completion.

I have used both, but don't really notice a difference compared to when I "performed" without assistance. my cock gets so hard that it kind of goes numb just like it did when I was younger. gave or gives me that "staying" power.

LOL! when all else fails read the directions huh!! Thanks fellas glad to know it wasn't just me. I don't suppose there is anything out there that makes your cock more sensitive or a cialis/viagra pill that doesn't take away the sensitivity.

There is an herbal supplement product called Muira Puama that can make your cock feel more sensitive. I take some frequently. After a couple of hours I feel a little bit of a pleasant itching sensation and a general feeling of increased horniness. It's a kind of subtle feeling but definitely noticeable.

I buy it at a health food store. The brand is Solaray and it comes in 300 mg capsules. The dosage is supposedly two capsules, but I never take more than one.

I've never experienced any unpleasant side effects from it, and unlike many herbal products, it doesn't seem to affect my blood pressure.

I rarely take any of the prescription ED pills because of the delayed orgasm effect. Instead I take a big teaspoon of l-arginine, some Muira Puama, and zinc, vitamin b6, and magnesium about two hours before sexual activity. It doesn't make me feel and perform like I'm eighteen again, but it helps some, it's cheap, and doesn't have any side effects.

Another thing that can help with delayed orgasm is kegel and reverse kegel exercises. They are frequently advocated for dealing with premature ejaculation, but ironically they can also help with delayed ejaculation. Getting more voluntary control over the muscles involved in ejaculation apparently helps to compensate for the desensitizing effect of the ED medications.

I had an accident when I was 22. I lost some sensation on the side of my penis. With out pills I could never have sex with a condom and even with out a condom, never get super hard. So I supplement with either viagra or cialis. At first i was difficult to have an orgasm, but in time, patience and some really great girlfriends I learned to orgasm again with the medication. Then I started anti depressants. Yikes. A sawzall couldn't get me off. I was sexless over 6 months. Then my doctor gave me an rx for requip. Holy Shit. look out. If my dog would have have stayed still I would have fucked him. Its a rx for people with parkinsons. It raises dopamine levels. I would jerk off 3 times in 10 minutes and then do my girlfriend twice.

Thanks steeler I will look into some of this stuff. I have always been sensitive without cialis but at 46 I understand we have to have help from time to time, kinda a mean trick to give you a raging hard cock with less sensitivity.I have recently started kegels and if you guys can stick with it for 3 weeks it will make a huge difference in your erections. I'm hoping to make it a subconscious habit cause it really does work. I'm totally in the dark about reverse kegels though.

Reverse kegels are just the opposite of regular kegels. Instead of contracting the pc muscle, you relax it. You should empty your bladder first before doing them.

My experience has been that deliberately relaxing the pc muscle helps to maintain an erection, while deliberately contracting it helps to trigger an ejaculation.

(And if the muscle coordination involved in staying erect is the opposite of what it is when you ejaculate, that may be another reason why ED pills can delay ejaculation.)

Be careful w/ that stuff. That particular side effect sounds fun, but it can also create gambling compulsion.
