Lose weight gain an inch!!!

It is true!!! I have lost over 100 pounds and now have gained an inch visually as the fat around it has descended!!!! I am now 6 inches instead of my 5 inches or less when I was heavier. It also is larger when I am soft. I still want to lose another 20 pounds or so. I CAN DO IT!!!

Thanks Calambo for the kudos. Yes I am enjoying the new look still trying to get the flab into leaner muscle. One day I will be able to feel comfortable in an A shirt. Getting there and it is becoming more of a reality. I get looks from Men and Women now. I have accepted that this is a lifestyle now I can't go back to eating crappy. Thanks again!!!:biggrin1:
