I play tennis at least 4-5 hours every week... walk the dog at least 45 mins in the morning and another 45 at night everyday... but my belly fat seems never want to go.
I admit that I have sweet tooth... but I am been cutting down my sugar now...
I just need advice how to lose my belly fat... it is not that massive but I realized one day it doesn't look good when I am sitting. I started doing abs exercsices but how long or how much do I have to do it everyday?
