I'm carrying a pair of low hanging kiwis myself. Yup, they do get in the way sometimes but owning them is well worth an occasional accident. Lately though, I've gone without any pain at all. I discovered Sheath Underwear. Check out their website, sheathunderwear.com.
They have an internal sewn in pouch that your slip your equipment into. Your balls are held up out of harm's way. Just plain amazing. Try a pair and you'll throw out all your other underwear. If you've got big low-hangers these are for you.

Glad you decided to try them. I can't understand why nobody thought of this design years ago. Seems so simple but boy do they take good care of your sack.

Haven't had any problem with my low hangers they just slide out of the way when sitting down. Been free balling for 40 years now
