I have been having an issue and I don't know if it is a medical problem. Whenever I have to sit on the toilet my testicles are hanging in the water. I am also having issues in my jeans. Please help.

welcome to one of the problems with low hangers. I usually hold mine to one side or the other with my penis pointing down so i don't pee on me. Sometime i wear a support on them, then they are easier to keep out.
