In medical terms "distal" is farther away from the center of the body or point of attachment and "proximal" is closest to the center of body or point of attachment. "Medial" is the middle or midpoint.

These terms would best describe the type of circumcision procedure applied rather than "low/medium/high".

i have been recut low and tight and love it,i still don,t use lube

Being recut higher is not at all difficult to understand, but it's hard to imagine being "recut low." "High" means that more outer foreskin has been removed; low means less. Or are you using reverse terms, actually meaning "proximal" when you say "low"? See Indelicate's clarifying terms (Link 41).
